    My first thought in any thread like this is Victor Galindez vs. John Conteh July 1975.
    Many posters only see a fart-sniffing late 70's Victor vs. an oft broken right hand late-70's John.
    No...my boxing buds pleaded for this one after Victor stopped Hutchins and John UD'd Ahumada in 74.

    I don't think the Mayweather team would have ever seriously considered this one.

    Roger Mayweather once said that Vernon Forrest would have been Floyd's 'most difficult test'. (In regard to the welterweight division.)

    Being an Aussie I always hated that the KT missed DLH, FMJ and Mosely at 140 circa 96-99 as some have mentioned. Don't even care how they would have gone, they were all brilliant fighters one way or another and seeing him in that mix would have been awesome.
