Those dudes were talking mad ish so they got what they deserved. Imagine what prime Gatti would have done to them. This was filmed after he retired.
I've sparred a pro before. He could have blasted me out of there at any time. Kind of a shitty feeling
Lmao that man has an amazing glass jaw. Problably feather gloves and still got rocked by first punch with headgear on.
and that was gatti after his career, untrained. on top he is like a welterweight. so imagine a normal dude from the streets fighting a trained pro boxer, who is cruiser or light heavyweight. even somebody who is ranked outside the top 50 worldwide like this boxer for example... This content is protected would seriously **** up 97 % of regular, even stronger dudes on the streets.
Always wondered if a quality pro minimum weight could ice an average sized guy in the gym wearing head gear with 16oz gloves and everything. I don't just mean outbox him and bust him up, I mean properly KTFO someone who is used to sparring and much bigger than them but no where near as skilled.

Of course he could. A good pro knows where to place his punches and how to transfer his weight correctly and if you hit most people on the right spot they are going down.
Matters on the pro. When I was young I sparred 2 pro fighters. One was a HW with a record like 4-10, and I took him apart. Anther time I sparred a LHW that was something like 20-15 and he beat the crap out of me. I had to call it quits after 3 rounds because I was bleeding to much. I also sparred a long retired MW that had fought for one of the belts in the past. He was 50 something and it was pretty even, he knew how to spar and not hurt you and actually teach you something. I accidentally broke one of his ribs. I'm pretty sure if he wanted to he could of beat me silly. I couldn't understand a word he said he was so punch drunk.
