    Russell tosses the quick right jab to the body. Perez bends and spreads his legs and takes spidery hops around. Russell throws a line drive left hand and Perez counters with a quick straight right hand. A few exchanges where Perez punches with Russell when he explodes behind that lightning jab. Both scoring alright. A blur of motion each time. Quick left hand over the top by Russell. Sweeping right hook by Russell misses as Perez circles outside. Russell moves in and slices out a few body shots, overreaching as Perez dances back. Right to the body by Perez, Russell jumping out of the way.

    awful footwork. he is all handspeed. a good counter puncher can take him out easy. Fighter with good timing can take away his speed which is all he got.

    Saw him on a WBC stream a while back. He's OK. Kind of basic. Russell will probably have to work hard if he wants to stop him.

    Perez needs to throw the jab then the right hand. He landed 2 flush right hands when he did that. He needs to stop leading with it because that is when he is getting countered.

    Gary is fast as ****. I have my woofers turned up and I love hearing the sound of speed... His frame is too small for 126 so I think he will struggle becoming elite because of that. 122 would suit him better.

    Doing the ludicrous explanation of 2 guys wearing similar trunks (one has silver sparkles), rather than the obvious - "one is a black guy" approach to telling the viewers who is who.

    Its so stupid when commentators do that, and makes the fighters race even more obvious when trying to avoid bringing it up.
