Trinidad ran DLH out the ring, won his WW belt in 93' and finished every opponent over the next 4 years. No way in hell is DLH greater if he ran and threw away the fight.. This should be all you need right there.

You can be a cash cow and fight the best. But, if you run away from the man in question, quitting while ahead, and end your career drained, getting punched out by a midget.. No, you are not greater.

Sugar Shane was in line to fight Tito, Hopkins, and possibly retire. But, Winky Wright won :!:

It seems like you've got to be pretty biased for or against somebody not to vote for Oscar here. Look at their fight together. Look at their fights with Hopkins. Look at the different versions of the best fighter both of them have a win against. Wasn't only one ever rated the p4p #1? ODLH has everything over Trinidad but pure power and the better right hand.

DLH by large margin. Check the resume. And he shoulda won against Tito. Granted he ran last 3 but that doesn't change what happened in the 9 rnds previous. Yea Oscar lost to elite levels. But no one dominated him til very late in his career. The guy fought EVErYONE.

    ODLH leagues above Tito...
Tito had a good run at 147 but ODLH was a better P4P accomplished fighter. Also, Tito never faced several of fighters at 147 thanks to Don King...

DLH not only lost cleanly to Mosley, he gave up the fight that he had won against Tito and let a **** controversial decision occur. He also lost to Quartey and to an old Whitaker.

This big wins in DLHs career that he had, were already butt ****ing smashed by Felix Trinidad. DLH fought a few of Tito's ****ed up left overs and thats a fact. So for people saying that DLH had a better resume, are totally off base. Trinidad had his losses, but he went on a 40 fight winning streak. DLH beating Chavez is a completely overblown achievement. Can you imagine what Trinidad would have done to Chavez? No blood or busted lip needed, his ass would have been out face first on the canvas. The difference maker, if you want to make it, is DLH beating Trinidad. But besides that, their resume's are on par with each other to be honest. The way Trinidad beat people has to be taken into consideration also.

Oscar won more rounds against Hopkins in 9 rounds than Trinidad or Tarver could in 24.

    Oscar, and it's not close.
