Maybe but I'd call him champ at 126 long before I'd call him a champion at 135. Beating David Diaz to become a 'champion' is an insult to the all time greats of the past.

You always have the village idiot factor on here! Jr always avoid the best . Always Jr was a business man . He never fought guys that got stronger as the fight went on. Tall strong guys were avoided and 2009 Pac was avoided. What a boring ****wit he is!

I understand, but were talking about FACT and HOF purposes. He never took a major title at 126. Not once.

Floyd, all day! Manny fought to many catchweights and won a few gift decisions.

    Floyds, it's a perfect record.

Retiring unbeaten is an amazing thing.

Floyd. If I subjected anyone to a 145.25lb catchweight for their 147lb title I wouldn't feel like a real champion.

I'm surprised by the votes and responses in this thread though. 2.5 years ago all emmanuel had going for him was his resume. I guess his cherrypicking margo(e) and Oldsley didn't help him, not only that he looked terrible against Oldsley. The Juan fight was legit, but he was upset by a deep underdog.

    Floyd all the way around.

Manny is scared of Floyd for a reason.

Floyd also fought higher ranked fighters over Manny. Manny fights unranked or low ranked fighters like Margarito, Mosley, and Clottey.

You have to go back to 2005 to find the last time Floyd fought an unranked fighter or fighter out of the top 3 in his division and/or top 10 in the world.

Why would i want a resume of avoiding top opponents and fighting once a year over a former flyweight that conquered WW, became lineal at 4 different divisions while fighting the best?

Floyd. He hasn't always taken the biggest challenge available but being undefeated while not taking much damage? Yes please.

Where as Pac should have 3 losses to Marquez

I don't see how he conquered welterweight when he was 3rd/2nd behind Mosley, when Mayweather beat Mosley. At no point has manny been the no.1 welterweight in the world, but I'd love to see you argue your way around it.
