Wlad looks like in Vitali those sparring scenes also looked like that in first couple rounds in that Haye fight.. he seems to adopt Vitali style a little as he gets older. maybe he starts throwing counters on Sat who knows..

Looks fine to me, if anything he might look slightly bigger in the arms. Its hard to tell with the brothers because they're always in great shape and obviously always huge.

Heavyweights usually use 80 lb bags, I've seen 100 lb bags used in the gym before even by smaller fighters that were probably around 175-190 lbs. Considering his size and how serious he takes training I would say its either 100 or 120 lbs. Wlad knows he's a big HW so he's not gonna take the easy road and pound on an 80 lb bag. I've seen Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) almost knock an 80 lb bag off the hook in the ceiling and Ali was about 207-210 lbs at the time.

His gameplan devised by Steward was about pressuring Haye and keeping him off-balance against and unable to throw, this was why he looked Vitali-esque.

As a amateur and his earle pro career, even into the early 2000's, he fought more similar to Vitali. Using the left to measure with the "circle feinting" ala Tszyu, defense largely reflex based, alot more improvisational.

Yeah, I'm thinking it's heavier than 100 pounds, cause I can work the 100 pound bag pretty easy, and a few full power combinations have it rocking, and reeling pretty good. . . Lol Wlad would have a 100 pound bag swinging out of control after a full-powered 1-2-hook.

Wlad looks in good shape, I just wish that he would let his hands go like he does in his sparring.

Yeah, because he is unleashing his hardest shots on his sparring partners
But he may start to lose some power and speed at this stage of his career, it wouldn't be weird..
But he is still head and shoulders above anyone in the division in terms of power, technical ability and overall athletism.. Only his brother can rival him.
I think that Wladimir may start to decline now, but again.. He would still be much better than anyone else..

Yeah, it's one of the really tall ones, and it's got the girth of a regular looking heavybag. . . My guess is 150. . .

What's the biggest bag you've ever worked on? For me it's been a 200 pound bag. . . I've seen 500 pound bags - things are ****ing huge!

Check out this fat boy working the 500 pound bag. . .
