Sergio by close UD, he wasnt quite in his prime yet and Oscar had fast enough hands to score points but Sergio would exchange well at times and knock Oscar down during some course in the fight in which Oscar will do what he did with Tito and try to play it safe which will hurt him

Martinez would be calling Oscar 'Papi' and thanking him for the payday after Oscar stops him in the 9th.

Oscar was not as formidable at 154-160 as the lower weights. He may get joy early with his jab, but Sergio rallies in the end. He won't stop Oscar, but will land the more telling, powerful blows.

At 154, Oscar still had enough motivation, power and hand speed to beat the **** out of Martinez.

Oscar has never been KTFO, or even put in any kind of serious danger by a head shot.
Oscar is more techincally skilled and versatile than Martinez.

Oscar has a better jab to work behind, better body attack, better combination puncher, better chin imo, smarter, and more sneaky power imo.

Very tough fight. I'd give the edge to Martinez based on styles, but Oscar had the handspeed and boxing acumen to win rounds.

It would be about as close as ODLH vs Felix Sturm! Which really wasn't close at all. felix just wasn't PC enough. And HBO had Hopkins on the brain....
