He beat the **** out of him the first time they fought. Other than the flash knockdown, Salido didn't win one minute of that fight. Why bother fighting him again?

 

Gamboa knew better than to fight Donaire so he pissed off Top Rank to make sure he would never have to fight him.

 

This mother****er just needs to get back in a ring and fight professionally again. Hopefully now that Arum has released him he can fight, thought he was going to be stuck under Top Rank's banner but inactive after the **** he pulled. And yes, if you think Arum wasn't a part of the Rios fall out you're crazy.

Oh I surely believe Mayweather said something to Gamboa, since he was jumping two weight classes to fight someone who can't even make that weight class without issues. Who doesn't? :huh Of course Gamboa just didn't go to Mayweather's gym one day and say he's not fighting Rios can I join Money Team?

But I don't believe Gamboa just didn't show up one day and left Top Rank high and dry with no notice or anything. Arum played that story up because he knew he was getting rid of Gamboa.

I like Gamboa, he was going on to become one of my favorite fighters. Incredible natural ability and exciting style of figting. However, he has not done anything in the ring lately and will decline quickly if he continues to pose.
