That's a scary thought and to be honest, it wouldn't even have been fair.

If Tommy had Marvin's chin, all the sanctioning bodies would have made it illegal to BE Tommy Hearns!:yep

not even close...Hitman Hearns fought the best and toughest fighters in his division...Floyd fought Bruseles, a fat Brit, and a over the hill crossdressing fight promoter...like I said "NOT EVEN CLOSE!"

Hearns is, by far, the pick over Void Mayweather.

Hearns fought all the top fighters at his weights and would seek out the best fully confident in his skills and ability to take anyone out.

PBF fights the easiest oponent who presents the least risk for the most money.

give me a list of guys Herans could have fought that he didnt and then give me a list of fighters PBF could have fought and hasnt.

Hearns would baet PBF Head to head also, no contest.

He fights title holders, and wins with ease every time. Granted yes, he fights for the money, but he still fights title holders.

No matter who Floyd beats, people will never give hiom credit because of his personality. Boxing has turned into a reality show, at least on ESB.

I'll give the nod to PBF given that he's been more consistant than Hearns. Hearns had been knocked out a few times by the time he was Floyds age. It only took Floyd 1 yr and 1/2 to get his title and he has been in just as many championship fights than Hearns. Only thing people remember Hearns is for his L's - he looked spectacular in defeat. Leonard, Hagler, and Barkley ... none of his victories have been noted as great - he doesn't have as many championship fights as Floyd - he's not a 3-time ring magazine title holder - he doesn't have a 5-time run of WBC belts from jr lightweight to super welter.
Floyd, once its all said and done will be considered one of the greatest to put on some gloves.

I already have him ahead of Leonard and Hearns ... he has just as many former titlist and just as many title fights on his resume in a shorter period of time. Floyd has been a champion of some sort for 10 years.
