I justed started back at it first time and 3 years today but my coach and other fighters do it once a week mixed in with other road work etc. Just have to give you legs a break gives alot of explosive and strength in your legs definetly a keeper as long as you dont have real bad knees and stuff.

We do it every session. Lung burster, leg burner. Then straight into a 3 minute round shadow boxing with your legs feeling like lead. Really good exercise to do.

I use to do this when I was running a lot. I'd go to our local high school track and run laps for 5 miles then hit the stands starting at one end, go up and across to the next set of stairs, go down and across to the next set and repeat a couple times before going back to the track to walk a couple laps to cool down.

It's a hell of a workout but you have to be careful, especially when coming down the stairs. If you lose your step or stumble from fatigue, it could have you out for a while healing.

Stadiums once a week, where we go to the football field and go up and down the stairs all around the stadium.
