He's got ATG D (rarely ever hit cleanly), has carefully chosen his opponents, ducked all the big threats, and has gone on multiple vacations to preserve his body and health. So why is he slowing down? If you look B-Hop and what he's doing at 46, Floyd, whom many say stays in shape year round, should then not be slipping. Please, assholes - don't try and tell me that Floyd gets hit now to give the fans a show.

I don't really think Floyd is slipping all that much. He's a bit less mobile, a bit slower, slightly less accurate, but he's still damn good.

Let me guess you became a boxing fan around Pac vs Hatton? If you didn't then you would know that Floyd has fought guys coming off of wins and other Champions since at least 98

He's getting old. Hopkins was never quick in the first place so his regression wasnt as obvious.

    He has always been overrated.

What you are looking at slipping is just actually rising up in terms of quality opposition.

:huh Compared to who? I always thought he had average speed / average punching power. Not a physically gifted guy, but made up for that in boxing skill.

I think most would agree he had above average hand speed. He wasn't supremely gifted, but if he had one natural advantage, it was his hand speed, which he carried over into his latest fights.
