Ike could be lackadaisical at times, and I'd expect that to be the case against the kind of offense Tito brings. He'd likely take a clear round here and there, but on the whole he's going to be outgunned and outhustled by Tito, particularly late in the fight as Trinidad comes on strong and Quartey begins to fade. A very late stoppage is possible, but I'll go with a clear Trinidad UD.

I think Tito had a great chin. Only time he was in trouble was against Hopkins who was much bigger than him imo.

The problem with Tito was that he had clumsy feet. Also Tito was more opened to being hit than Quartey. Tito's best defense was his incredible offense, so considering that he fought some of the hardest punchers of his time and wasn't ver defensive and was KO only once says a lot about his chin.

Come on man his chin was one of the best, But if it is like you say, Then it's sad that a prime DLH couldn't stop and struggled against a guy with a weak jaw.

Ike quatey would clearly beat Trinidad. Quartey's chin and amazing jab and right hand would clearly be the difference. Trinidad clearly avoided Ike and only fought pernell when pernell was just looking for a paycheck to help with his money and drug troubles.

Trinidad was overrated and Cotto is underrated!!!

How did ike beat oscar getting absolutely crushed like that in the final round? yea, had ike been controlling/dominating the fight before that then sure, but that wasn't even nearly the case. oscar was winning the fight until they traded knockdowns in the 6th. through the 7 and 8th rounds oscar shut down offensively, but started opening up again around the 9-10th and began catching up on points. By the 12th round oscar was down a point on my scorecard and did exactly what a champion does -- came out and proved he deserved the win. Threw everything aside and went balls to the wall, almost stopping ike. The 12th round was almost a 10-7 for oscar, had the ropes not been holding ike up.
There isn't any rationale for ike winning. Oscar landed more punches, knocked ike down more times, and dominated and brutalized ike in the most important round of the fight.
why ike ever thought he won that is atrocious. I think he likes to forget the 12th round happened in a close fight before that.

    You Moron Tito haters lmfao

Prime Trinidad in today's 154 would have FLoyd hiding under a god damn rock

and Manny would never even have gone to 147

Trinidad would have brutally murdered that Irish Slut Canelo in the ring

and probably punch 3-4 holes in Cotto.

ROFL. Magarito can bring his wraps and still get knocked the **** out by round 3 .

I won't be shocked to see a Prime Trinidad if he was in today's division to go up and execute Chavez Jr as well

cotto , canelo and marg at their best goes to the hospital against tito.

floyd didn't want none of margarito , you think he would have gotten in the ring with prime tito?

manny might have fought tito , if tito was top rank and not don king , he might even have even survived a few rounds.... but first solid tito punch to land.... manny goes night night.

Tito would have pulled it out would have been just as intense as DLH vs Ike, However Ike went down both times in that fight due to left hooks, and Trinidads left hook is no ****ing joke.
But Ike had a right hand that would limit how many left hooks came in, honestly a pick em fight I think thats why Tito and King decided to pull out. But I do believe Tito would have won in the later rounds of that fight..
The Trinidad right hand over the top of that Bazooka Jab all night left hooks close the show.

The thing is that Tito's hook may have been heavier than Oscar's, but Oscar's hook was probably one of the best hooks of the last 25 years. The way he threw itm the speed behind it, and it was a lefthook off an orthodox stance.
