Judge a boxer on his performances, not on his nationality. That's the one thing I would wish people would do.

For example: Brook, Canelo, etc are relatively unproven. If Brook was from Mexico or Canelo from UK, or indeed if Klitschkos were from America for instance, many people would have totally different opinions on them. Patriotism is all well and good, but I wish people would have some common sense to see fights/fighters in a somewhat objective manner.

Glass Jaws Exist in Boxing. The majority of them come from the UK, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. We will continue to discuss this on ESB. Fact.

It's a nice thought, but what you're doing is like trying to convince a hungry lion about the benefits of a vegan lifestyle.
I'm sure there are other forums where your decency would be more appreciated...
    But this ain't it.

I mean I hate white people but I also like the confederate flag tattooed across my chest.

Why can't we all be friends?

America has its fair share of glass jawed hype jobs aswell. Mike Jones has to be rhe biggest shattering of glass this year, bailey landed 2clean shots.

I know I'm probably talking about the ideal world that doesn't exist (hence the Genie 'wish' reference).

And of course glass jaws exist, the point I was making was that people place emphasis on nationalities here. If a boxer has a glass chin he has a glass chin, not because he is a certain nationality, not 'brit glass smashing' (recent example.)

I just find it can ruin discussion when people say things like (using topical example again) 'Kell Brook on P4P list' or 'Kell Brook British glass-jawed bum..' the same people would probably say the opposite if he was a different nationality. Anyway it was just an observation

P.s my first post seems to have been changed, does that mean it was edited by a moderator?
