Canelo Alvarez-Josesito Lopez 15 September

IF its true, its kind of ridiculous. Lopez will have nothing in his favor for this fight. I'm sure they won't do a catchweight. Lopez will be outweighed in the ring by 20 pounds or more. Lopez, in spite of breaking Ortiz' jaw does not have even good WW power in my opinion.

I would expect this fight to go about like the Gomez fight. Lopez will hang in for a few rounds because he is a tough guy, but the power of a legitimate JMW will break him down quickly, and he's just coming off a fight where he took a lot of punishment as well.

I'm sure for him its a mega payday, I think he got 100k for the ORtiz fight, probably will see 1/2 a mill to get his arse kicked. He will just not be able to even phase Canelo with his shots.

 

I guess Lopez's people figure that Ortiz is a huge WW and if he can hang in there with Ortiz than he can do the same with Canelo.

 

And just because he was set to fight Williams (coming from a beating), an injured kirkland he has to face a JWW now? Common man they are other opponents at 154 that he could chose from, Vanes and Lara just to mention two, Lara share the same promotional cia than he does, the kid is a fraud and sulaiman is breast feeding him

 

Good point, the size difference between Canelo and Ortiz is minimal, people forget how Ortiz weighed 164lbs for the Mayweather fight, Ortiz is also faster and more explosive than Canelo, probably hits as hard, and Josesito still handled him.

Most people were ok with the Ortiz fight yet Canelo fighting Victor's new daddy is sooo unconceivable? People here just love to *****

well then let the ****er lose for ****s sake. we know it's not business smart to put them together...but lara is also a draw as well. and besides they are the 2 best in the division.

this isnt ****ing pro wrestling. where the managers and the promoters have to get the guys over. he is over as ****, lara as well.

goldenboy should make a sub goldenboy group so that competitiveness is available. if they buy up alt he talent then when they do fight. they would of lost to a lesser fighter or they would be pass prime...thus removing half the reason belts/championships where created.

so ok. lopez fights alverez...then what? lara-alverez happens:think no it wont, it will be never ending.
alverez will fight a rabchenko or a rosado or a rodriguez and waste another year...years that he has a lot of.

wel **** it, let's say lara gets an injury, alverez does to or soemthing. why is bundrage/molina/trout not even sort of discussed. just sort of brushed under the carpet.

i dont agree with this fight as i would love to see lopez dominate at 140 and make a good name for himself....but lopez will not be an easy night for anyone between 140-154
