    Beat me too it!

    I went to Bruno/Lewis and it chucked it down. They replaced the canvas sheet pre fight and got on with it.

    The last big bill to be postponed because of rain that I can think of, was Honeyghan/Hatcher and Bruno/Gross in the Marbella Bull ring. The bill was delayed for 24 hours.

    There was the Bantamweight World title fight in the 1950s involving Jimmy Carruthers, that was fought in a rain storm, so Jimmy and his opponent fought bare foot.
