Why is Andre Ward's trainer racially insulting Chad Dawson? Intended or hype

For those of you who haven't caught the conference clips.


The Black Trainer of Andre Ward threw these remarks at Chad Dawson

Now, I'm not American and is just University here, so I don't know how deep these insults are for African Americans, so anyone clarify this for me thank you.

the more I think about it, the more I really feel

this isn't even hype, cuz what kind of hype can these comments bring?


I honestly feel Ward is surrounding himself with some Floyd Mayweather B Hop bull****, which is a direct contrast to what he say he is.

A good religious boxing champion.

I really hope he talked to his trainer behind the scenes about this. This kind of bull**** is more typical of a Mayweather mega PPV Fight and more typical of his persona.

There is no fake in Ward or Dawson, so bringing these racial comments up is beyond ignorant

 

Ya, this was like some 1980's ****.

In a way this is even worse then Hopkins and Floyd, because the trainer is
basically degrading Chad as a human being, and saying he's nothing but a slave.

This kind of bull**** is annoying and just adds more fuel to the flame for racists to bash the 'African American' fighters,

bringing up the 'oh if Ward's trainer was WHITE, this will be on NBC'

 

Wow. Ok. I never knew that

I thought when someone say 'Chad you aint on no plantation no more, speak for yourself'

would be insulting, but I was wrong.

I will wait for more confirmation though, not that I don't trust
