I really don't know. He is a very insecure human being.

 

He was a good human being to me when I met him. But then I could care less about his people skills. He fights for a living. This ain't no damn popularity contest.

This has to be one of the dumbest threads in a while. Nobody here knows Floyd well enough to make that assessment. They know what he wants you to see, they know his persona and are basing their statements off of that.

If "Money Mayweather" was still Pretty Boy Floyd he'd be an unknown fighter to the public. Only boxing fans would know who he is. He made a calculated decision to take on this persona and it worked.

He's a villain, but in real life he's a father, husband, son, nephew, friend and neighbor.
