Boxers testing positive proves Pac's offer of unlimited urine testing was enough

    Thats so true, why did he talk about his health when it comes to Pacquiao?? He never use to say it in the past.

    They all passed the one scheduled test States like Nevada require. Pac offered unlimited and everyday urine testing. All these fighters testing positive had their urine tested using CIR. Blood testing only gives you a hint at who is juicing by looking at high red blood cell counts while urine testing is used to actually detect PEDs.
