He took a good hard shot when he was down. I don't blame Lil Arrrrrthurrr he was in the heat of the moment.

But Andre didn't have much left in the tank and between adrinaline and exhaustion for Andre to get KO'd by that shot ( which is what I thought happend) isn't that uncommon.

I truly believe that he didn't know where he was for 30 seconds or so and it scared the hell out of him!

How can you not place blame on Abraham. he took a good half second to think about it and wound up and threw the punch.

He knew what he was doing because he was frustrated, it's not the first time hes thrown when he shouldn't have out of frustration for he did it a couple fights ago against a can.

 

If Dirrell did the same thing to Abraham would you be on here defending him?

 

I'm not defending Arthur but that was a way for him to end it. And, hesitation or not it was somewhat instinctual to throw on him in that position. Not ethical but instinctual!

Dirrell fake? I don't think so.. I'm not saying he didn't sensationalize or milk the situation at the time. But he got whacked legitimately while he was down regardless of how people thought he handled it!

Yes. Abraham's foul was far worse and should be more of a character indictment than any resultant "flopping" Dirrell did as a result of it.

I can understand the hate for Direll for backing out of the fight with a friend in Ward, but I can't understand the hate for what Abraham DID to Direll and Direll getting all the hate!? Direll was legitimately hurt by that shot. You guys act like Abraham hits like a *****. did you see dirells jaw and head when he got hit by that shot on the ground? I think he did get hurt, and was confused after the shot landed. You could see blood streaming out of his nose while walking to the dressing room. Why he gets hate for this, is absolutely ******ed. I think the hit has him afraid now. This is my opinion. He couldve fought Ward. But you ******s are mad at the wrong person with the Abraham fight, that guy not only blatantly fouled, he was an ******* in the post fight interview, saying that you can hit people when they are down and gave no apologies for doing it. Abraham was getting frustrated and resorted to dirty tactics, yet direll is the one being hated on? It's weird.

Did you forget they nearly stopped the fight due to the cut AA had from dirrells combo? Dirrell won every round of that fight and was on his way to a wide UD. He beat froch, had it even through 10 and dirrell clearly beat the champ in the championship rounds while fighting in Nottingham ... not bad considering that was the first 12 round fight he fought. Dirrell gained much more from the froch fight then froch did.
