What is he apologising for? It is a fact that American foreign policy directly led to the attacks on the twin towers.

Mate if stupid was an olympic event you'd be our opening ceremony flag bearer as Australia's best medal chance.

Thanks for the fact:-(. Yeah the innocent civilians who lost their lives in 911 brought it upon themselves because of the foreign policy they may or may not have agreed with made by their government.

Hump Mundine's leg by all means but keep the tasteless comments out of it.

Exactly wat he ment to say. A shame it came out how it did and wen it did. It obvious he didn't mean the ppl in the towers deserved it.

Blaming the media for taking him out of context? How?...pretty clear what he said.

That said, i doubt he meant what he said. Anything to get a rise...

What is tasteless about my comment that American foreign policy led to the attacks on the twin towers?

How many innocent Japanese civilians died in Hyroshima and Nagasaki?
How many innocent Viets died and had their land poisoned by indiscriminate carpet bombing?

"America's brought it upon themselves [for] what they've done in history and so on"
His comments at the end of his statement are actually that ,refering to the history of American foreign policy .:patsch

This is like an English class dissecting poetry. Slap you're head as much as you want Bulls jizz. You Mundine supporters are giving explanations Mundine hasnt. Bottom line he said they deserved it. **** off and take you explanations to a US forum and see how you go.

The signs I see on the side of the war planes that drop 1 tonne bombs on civilian areas (way before 9/11/ happened) that kill innocent Palestinians says "Made In USA" on the side.

I think you'll find that is what Choc was referring to.

If you do not see US foreign policy for what it truly is then keep deluding yourselves.

At the end of the day everyone has an opinion. You can **** on them for it...but its an opinion. Doing all that shitting says much more about your own lack of opinion, or lack of balls to actually voice it.

Even the CIA calls what happens due to US foreign policy "blowback". If you do not know the term...Google it.

But the thing is mundine is fight in USA and on USA network and excepts Americans to pay for it and make him money. You can say what you like but don't think you just get free past on life.

Well the US is apparently the largest democracy in the world. So the population has a choice on whether or not they support or hate Choc for his statement...no?

In much the same way the population has the choice of whether or not they are happy with their governments foreign policy that supports killing innocent Palestinian by planes, bombs, tanks, guns and bullets that have "Made In USA" on the side.

Everyone has choices. Just because people want to be hysterical doesn't take away anyone else's right to choose what they say or do.

In will not do 1000 on USA, who cares about USA policy on other counties, there boss, it is simple as that and there very good to us on Australia, saving us over billions on your defence budget year in and out. USA, a great country in my book, been there loved the place
