I really used to believe in Khan, but now his future is non-existent!

I always thought Khan was a good fighter and he had the chance to go a long way, but now he's let it all go. His chin just isn't enough for elite level, sorry to say. I give him credit for getting up and carrying on, but if that knockdown was a minute earlier, he would have been out of there, and that's the truth of it! He didn't stick to the game plan AGAIN!!! If he can't listen, then what's the point. Not sure how anyone can believe in Khan any more, golden boy will probably drop him, his future is just extremely bleak.

Like someone said in the build up to this fight, Khan is slightly above average, with a **** chin. I originally picked Khan by Ud, but after watching Garcia clips, I picked Garcia by KO in the rbr thread before the fight - Khan is done. He is thick as a mule - he can't adjust and is way too predictable.

If you turn your back on Khan now...then you never were a TRUE fan.

Khan Ortiz next hopefully. Winner gets redemption. The losers career is over. GBP needs to make it happen.

I'm a fan of boxing - not any particular fighter - but certainly a fan of great boxers.

    Khan doesn't enter that category.

Most of the time I find fighter specific fans as either nationalistic in supporting their countrymen, or five minute fans taken up in the bandwagon effect.

True boxing fans appreciate all fighters, just some a lot more than others; and usually because they're deserving of more.

Last night before the fight I was having an argument wth some guy on fb who opined that Khan would beat Matthysse without breaking sweat. I've sent him a few messages today to continue our discussion but he doesn't seem to be replying.

Khan will be back. He needs to work on a few things but he has much greater potential than Garcia IMO. His hand speed is stuff of nightmares, can't let that go to wate.

Granted he has great hand speed, but the sad part is, he's also got a pinata' for a chin. Hit it hard and it cracks open laying all the goods on the floor.

Great hand speed and lousy timing gets beat by powerful punches from someone with timing.
