    no because the fight wasn't for the IBF belt therefore theres no reason to just hand it to Garcia

    Give the world title to someone who's 0-2 in his last 2 fights and just got knocked silly in his last fight?

    Sounds like a fantastic way to raise the credibility of the IBF title :lol:

    Yes I think they should give him the title back just like the WBA did. Then he can rematch garcia and attempt to avenge the defeat.
