Will Chad Dawson Move Up to Heavyweight

    Dawson is a top cruiserweight & I have read rumors here and there that he is moving up to heavyweight. Anybody know more about it?:bbb

    Heard no rumors, but if he does...

    ADAMEK vs DAWSON II @ HW!!!

    Adamek better go back down to 217lbs for this one. He looked like crap @ 225lbs vs Chambers.

    WTF you talking about? Dawson is not a CW, he's a LHW, and he's moving down to 168 to face Ward at the moment.

    Dawson is a natural CW who can make LHW and supposedly SMW. I expect him to move up eventually, depending on his options at the lower classes.

    Why not? Plenty of LHWs and former MWs fought at heavyweight in Joe Louis's era.

    Dawson is moving down so I doubt it. He also just turned 30 years old.

    He's a small light heavy, no way could he ever hang in the heavyweight division and I'm a Chad Dawson fan.
    He has a small frame, he has height but so did Corrales. Height isn't a factor when it comes to weight.

    he ain't that powerful at lhw, so hw is probably recipe for disaster. he might be stronger at cw (cutting less and carrying some more bulk) but that's probably the limit
