All Roach's guys lose the same. Either they can't deal with movement or when they get in with a puncher they can't win defensively by boxing.

i didn't like how he threw that uppercut...chin all exposed....he deserved to get caught with that hook. but ur right...he should have anticipated that.

 

I don't think it was roach, I think it was Khan. They said coming in he liked to counter and that they had to be careful, and after boxing well a few rounds, Khan decided to fight like an idiot.

 

It's a difficult punch to deal with, I know cause I also got caught many times with that kinda psycho punch - when it's a right counter, you can always block or step a lil step back or move sideways - but that wild left hook in the heat of the exchange, you can't see it coming once you are jabbing with your left. the only way not to get caught in that spot is to tuck your chin right against your chest and protect it with your left shoulder as you jab in.
