How **** is Marcos Maidana?

Maidana is the ****

 

in my books that fight could of been stopped. Khan was a mess.

 

Maidana has huge heart and determination. To me it proves how average Khan is that he couldnt convincingly beat someone as limited as Maidana

 

Khan was more aware of Maidana's power before the fight so he stayed on the outside and avoided most of Maidana's shots until rd10 onwards and by then there wouldn't have been as much on them.

Khan went into the Garcia fight wither greater confidence in his chin due to the Maidana fight and went in there trying to blow Garcia away and in turn was more reckless and therefore caught his a nice shot earlier in the fight and he was pretty much gone then.

Maidana still has lots of power,.

Khan respected Maidana's power and strength

He didn't do the same for Garcia.

 

Maidana looked like a pack a day smoker in that fight. Only after rocking Khan did he get a surge of adrenaline, looking to finish. I agree that he was overrated.

 

He's a big puncher but somehow the guy held on from round 10 till the last bell God only knows how.

 

He's a technically limited flat-footed slugger with a lots of heart and decent power.

 

Maidana became notorious for beating a mentally weak, overrated fighter: Victor Ortiz.

That's his entire reputation. He's known for being tough and relentless, but I think we all know he's fairly limited as a fighter. He barely got by an ancient fat Morales and got his ass kicked fairly easily by Alexander.

I think we know where he belongs.

 

He's crude as ****.

 

He's not that hard a puncher. . .he didn't actually KO Ortiz you know, the mental midget just gave up, which is different.


Which other "elite" fighter (is Ortiz actually "elite"??) has Maidana KOed?


He couldn't put away a glass jawed Corley. Couldn't even hurt Alexander either.


He is a swarmer with lots of stamina, heart and chin and overrated power.


He is a poor man's Mathysse.

 

Maidana is a perfect gatekeeper. He always shows up ready to rumble, has some weaknesses that can be exploited, and is a good test for a fighter.

 

More like he had a self destructive style.

You can't last long in the game using your face/skull as your first line of defense.
