Malinaggi, Khan, and Ortiz.....they each lack 1 different thing that's needed!

    Malinaggi - Lacks power
    Khan - Lacks chin
    Ortiz - Lacks Heart

If a fighter has all 3, he would be a tremendous fighter!

You are correct. They all lack a fundamental trait to become elite.

His point is if all 3 had those traits they all would of been great fighters.

Victor Ortiz is just an overrated banger, if he doesn't get them out of their he starts throwing out distress signals, his chin is average and his heart is non-existant.

Amir Khan has all the skills in the world, immensely talented, he just lacks the intelligence to fight to his strengths, he hasn't got the power or the chin to be the kind of fighter he dreams of being, his heart can't be questioned but his chin is definitely fragile and even more so when he fights with it hanging out to dry.

I've always been a huge fan of Paulie Malignaggi, he doesn't have much power that's true but unlike Amir Paulie fights to his strengths, which are his footwork, speed and ring IQ, I think he's actually become a better fighter in the last couple of years, he's a great boxer, awesome technique, his chin is fantastic and despite having no power and being behind in a fight (Cotto, Khan) Paulie has shown countless times he has the heart of a lion.

Malinaggi's lack of power isn't what really holds him back. Whitaker was far from being a powerful puncher, and he had arguably only ONE legit loss in his career. Malinaggi is simply, just not on that elite level.

Khan's stupidity is what ****s him up. All three of his loses could have been avoided - the guy could be undefeated right now if he just fought smarter, and took more advantage of his physical gifts!

Ortiz's lack of heart is overstated. (see Berto fight) Like Malinaggi, he just isn't on that elite level. Not everybody can be.

Wrong on Ortiz, he had a very prolific amateur career and is a good boxer. Most fans are extremists and if he's not Mayweather in the ring, then he simply can't box. Ortiz can box I just think his mind isn't 100% on boxing. Everytime I hear the kid talk, he says how boxing isn't everything to him, how he has a life outside of boxing.

As a hungry fighter, you have to eat, sleep, **** boxing 24/7. It has to be your dream to be the best, I don't see that in Ortiz. It's cool too because maybe he doesn't love the sport as much as he should and that's his prerogative but it's a shame a kid with so much natural talent has that mindset.

I think he could be the best of the 3 clearly if he was dedicated 100% mentally.

    No Froch lacks skill.

Also Im not sure about Ortiz and heart.

He seemed to show plenty of heart getting up off the floor against Berto and fighting 5 rounds with a broken jaw against Lopez
