    He had De la Hoya...his golden goose...then Mayweather...a great talent...then Pacquiao an national icon....now Bradley....

    Did he fight DLH under the Top Rank banner? I don't think Mayweather would have been as famous if it werent for his fight against DLH.

    He would have ended up like almost all of the other black world champs. Broke!

    The reason people hate him is because he was smart and took control over his career and then said FU to all the haters. lol.

    Baldomir was his first non-Top Rank fight. The biggest difference besides his bank account would be that people would be bitching at him for ducking different fighters. He probably would have fought Cotto and Pacquaio by now, multiple times. He might not have gotten a chance against De La Hoya.
