Not that big of a win. it´s not even a big win. That fights was against a kid at 147. Look at the fight and look at the Jr Middleweight Martinez or MW Martinez. The difference is immense. It´s kinda the same as Canelo beating a shot Mosley.
Martinez was 25... Not a kid by any means. (Before the "juice" tho, so they say??) *Same age as Chavez Jr, BTW Margarito was the kid @ 22.
He took up boxing late though which is probably why he is boxing better now than he did years ago, more experianced and improved.
You forgot 2 facts... Plaster makes your opponent's nose break easily in the 2nd round causing him to swallow blood along with breathing difficulties for 9 rounds prior to gassing out. Plaster also makes it harder for your opponents to sit on their punches as they are trying really hard to NOT get hit with casts too much. :hi: Oh, Ephedra...or Hydroxycut... < Stamina! :yikes
So do we give Chavez Jr. A pass IF he was to lose vs. Martinez. (Who also has a limited experience & is 25 in age) ^just sayin'
Bull****, you realize how many trainers have watched his hands get wrapped? you realize how many inspectors signed off on them? He would have been caught long ago especially with Cintron having a guy like Stewart in his corner. Margarito was a ****ing beast, he made Miguel Quit fair and square, Kizer cleared the man of any sort of illegal doing in that fight...:deal
