To be fair, the first time I watched it I thought Khan clearly won those first two rounds and I wasn't watching HBO. Sky Sports commentators are just a shite though, probably where even more biased

After 3 more views Garcia takes the second loses the first but held his own

Lampley was awful saying Khan was dominating

He also said in round 4 that Khan has come back and is in control after landing 1 uppercut with no effect and getting hooked around the ring

i mean if he meant in better control of his body thats one thing but he meant control in the fight

Just can't bring myself to do it. Kirkland has an awful Chin. Had Angulo showed poise and patience like Garcia did he would have KOed Kirkland instead when Kirkland got up he shot his wad with wild punches that either missed or hit Kirklands gloves.

Kirkland has a fate coming to him like what just happened to Khan all the Khan nuthuggers were going crazy after he got past Maidana just like the Kirkland fanboys were after he got past Angulo saying he has a Chin etc.

It doesn't work that way though.....:deal

Khan has left far more glass in the ring though, before Kirkland went to jail he didn't have a glass jaw, while Khan has had a glass jaw his whole career, if does rematch Garcia, I have no doubt we will see another episode of shattered glass :yep

To be fair we were about to get more shattered glass with Kirkland/Canelo until Kirkland got cold feet :yep

Kirkland losing in a round to Ishida is pretty damned bad as far as rating chins go.

Perhaps but I can't wait to see Khan at 147.

Khan vs Berto has KO of the year written all over it.

you should take the Rings new rankings into consideration and maybe rank the Glass Jawed Frauds as

    1a: Kirkland 1b: Khan

    :hey:hey:hey

Like I said in your other thread that got no response. The bout was fought completely at long range, or on the 'outside' as you put it. Khan did not outbox Garcia, he was getting tagged by single shot counters on the way in as Khan flurried.

And again, Khan's boxing at range is very overrated, particularly by yourself.

Gotta say I agree, Ortiz does loop in that power the way Khan is liable to get caught with it...and Khan doesn't have the power or durability to do what Josesito (or even Berto) did.

It's quite well known I don't particularly like Victor, but fact is he'd be the biggest strongest meanest son of a ***** Khan had been in with (and that includes Danny) and would come at him with the type of freight-train relentlessness that has twice now spelled doom for Khan.

He didn't dominate the first 2 1/2 rounds but was certainly on top.
