sounds like they might either bring someone new into camp or ask freddie to spend more time with them, wants better sparring, roach also says they wont be going to 147 until they get the garcia rematch, over at the ring.

Seems like Roach is willing to let go of Amir as well. I hope it happens. Khan needs a strict firm trainer to keep him in check and make sure he doesnt do anything stupid in the ring or let his ego take over. Back to basics and ****. Nacho seems like a great fit but there is a language barrier

Roach said.. Pacquiao is his man. and nothing will change that intill Pac retires.

Pacquiao is on his way out within the next 2 years

Maybe Khan can make his way back up and succeed with the part time help of roach and another coach?

Then when Pacquiao leaves and Khan is 27 he can have Freddie full time?

    Wouldn't be suprised.

More likely that Roach is reiterating their commitment to one another and ruling out potential rumours that they're not getting along. A way of saying, "Amir and I are cool. Look, I even offered to help him find a new trainer if he wasn't happy, and he said no."

Roach doesn't give any **** about Khan.
He declared he would always choose Pacquiao over Khan. If he really cared he would just have avoided the question. Now he says he offered to get Khan another trainer. Khan & his team are ******ed, I guess all they want to say is 'my trainer is white', sorry but this is how some ******s think.

This. That's why as a Khan fan I'm really not even that worried. It's not like he simply doesn't have the physical tools required to fight at the top level.

It was clear he could easily outpoint Garcia if he fought with control. . .

Garcia is not a pressure fighter, and if Khan tried to dictate range, behind a jab, and Garcia tried to turn the heat up, and lead with his punches, he would get picked apart. . He's far too slow. .

I just hope Garcia has the balls to give Khan the rematch; I'm sure Khan will be giving him 60/40 of the HBO money, and probably at least 50/50 of the UK money. He will be in the position to make three times what he could make elsewhere. . . Khan gave him the shot, now he should take the payday, and give Khan a shot.

We'll soon see what Garcia's made of. . . :bbb

He had him because he white.
Now Roach's treating him like scum and he won't leave. Him & his father went to Roach to make changes. Roach told them to **** off and they started saying 'no sir,we came here to talk about sparring partners'. What a load of rubbish, those sparring partners beat the **** out of him in sparring.

Right now Khan has the offensive elite skills. His defense is the one lacking. With Freddie Roach he won't be able to get an elite level defense imo.
