    It's kinda disheartening, just cause Escobedo used to be somewhat of a hot prospect himself. Just to find himself has a stepping stone for the much more talented Broner.

    why is escobedo and everyone making such a big deal of the weight discrepancy? josesito was like 15 lbs lighter than ortiz on fight night and josesito broke his jaw. i dont think escobedo would have won even if they were the same weight on fight night.

    Not at all...sure he lost the fight, but gained the respect of the world ...he showed more heart, courage and balls than broner throughout all this fiasco ....but again, u wouldn't know jack **** about that
