First sign of a fighter being past his best or on the decline

    IMO, I would say your reflexes are the first to start to slip.

    From watching the sport for some years...I've tend to see once a fighter loses his reflexes, he's pretty much on the decline.

    It is a bit tricky question and have to think through logically. Most of they are training related except for reflex which is heavily related to age that is beyond of a fighter's control. Reflexes can be sharpened but most fighter disregards it with denial.

    Depends on the fighter and their stlye but it's usually the legs or the refexes.

    its a combination of Legs, Punch resistance and Reflexes

    Id go with both legs and reflexes. Roy Jones would be a perfect example

    definitely the legs. Pac no longer constantly bounces on his toes and Floyd rarely high guards anymore. Now he philly shells for the entire fight.

    Another example is Ali. As a young fighter he relied on his legs so much, and they went long before his reflexes.
