Haye isn't going to throw enough punches or engage and even if he did he wouldn't be able to get to Vitali and land a meaningful punch and even if he did it wouldn't matter because of his Iron Chin

Boring fight and Vitali wins 120-108 on all 3 scorecards Haye might get a sympathy round.

Haye had to throw wild lunging punches to land on Wlad and Vitali is harder to hit clean because of his awkward lean back style.

    That's the crux.

Vitali has lost the ability to adjust his feet quickly. That was the biggest story of the Chisora fight. Yeah Vit was without his arm, but he was also fighting without his legs, and they don't come back to you.

Watch him when he goes to adjust his feet. It's hesitant, slow and telegraphed. Wlad can adjust his feet very well, which allowed him to maintain effective stance and posture with Haye, which is why David was never going to win. Even with the chin factored in, Haye matches up better with the elder brother; he always has.

Hayes only chance of winning is via a TKO.

I don't see it coming even against an ageing Vitali.

Haye will need to pressure Vitali and make Vitali work at his fast pace.
Can Haye maintain that work-rate? No.

Does Haye have the power to KO Vitali. Maybe not but the power to TKO Vitali, yes.

I think Vitali wins this but if Haye wants to win, he's going to have to fight a whole lot differently than he did against Wlad.

Wlad had Haye terrified of the jab. I think Vitali would too. People say Vitali is slowing down, yet Haye was wheezing pretty ****ing good during the Chisora fight and Chizzy hardly threw anything but just stalked him.

I agree, Haye will have an easier time hitting and not getting hit in this match-up than with wlad. He'll be far too quick imo for vitali to pin down and hit cleanly and no matter how good your chin is too many power shots from Haye will eventually crack it.

Haye wasnt terrified of the jab but he sure as hell wasnt keen on taking what follows that jab.

He may well do, but I think Haye would have a far easier time countering current vitali's jab than he did with wlad. I see the stamina as Haye's main problem, there's always a chance he will gas

    Different types of preassure.

Chisora gets close, leans and smothers the space. He doesn't allow room to breathe. If Vitali chooses to fight a come forward fight, then it will be via long arm punches, and forward movements designed to close space, yet maintain a degree of distance. The Wlad fight shows Haye can avoid those punches.

I'd be cheering for Haye but he'd get KO'd......Vitali is a different type of beast than Wlad, he has much more confidence and wouldn't be scared to try and take Haye out and eat a few bombs to do it. Haye might be able to outbox him but this one comes down to mental toughness of which Vitali is chalked full and Haye is on a quarter tank. Vitali will break Haye down and make him his *****.

Who voted in this ****ing poll? Haye will run the whole fight, pot shot and miss, and lose every round. Vitali beats Haye easier than Vlad did.

Haye was tired and it wasn't from pressure, It was a stamina issue! :deal
