One those few fighters IS KHAN. He already has comeback from a brutal knockout, much more devastating than this one. He came back and won a world title.
He knows he has Garcia's number and he doesn't care about the haters. That's why he will still be favourite with the bookies in a rematch, so why don't you make a bet with me?

    :rofl:rofl:lol::lol:

Your maths is a load of donkey ****, Saj.

Khan's been susceptible to left-hooks throughout most of his career. Gomez and Limond knocked him down with them. Prescott almost killed him with his. That's his entire portfolio of being knocked down in the pro-ranks, done by left-hooks. But according to your calculations, a left-hook still had only a one in 2.34 billion chance of landing?

    **** outta' here.

Sure Amir is a bit chinny, but he isn't half as bad a some people make out, he stood up to Maidana, one of the biggest hitters atbthe weight. Worth noting that he also got up and broke Willie Limonds jaw. It's true that he needs to learn to clinch, take knee, hold etc. it's true he leaves his chin open sometimes too. But he has good movement. He has high hands and he mostly keeps out of range.

He was unlucky in this fight, they fight 100 times Khan wins 99.

The left hook thing was laughable mate. It is some fighters best shot from the orthodox stance. It sure as **** wasn't Lennox Lewis' or Tommy Hearns'. It isn't David Haye's even though he throws a good one. It was Joe Frazier's and Henry Coopers, but it wasn't Rocky Marciano's and so on....

The reality is that in most orthodox cases, the most likely big power shot, is the overhand right.

I would avoid the bet, because I think Khan has a good chance of winning, not because of anything else. He is the better boxer, but he is more vulnerable and Garcia would push forward with even more aggression and confidence. It would not be a fight I'd want to call.

Agreed with all of that apart from the lucky bit. It wasn't lucky, it was sloppy from Khan and the shot that Garcia was trying to get into range repeatedly and getting closer and closer with eventually landed. He planned to throw that shot, did throw that shot and landed that shot, because Khan's defence and open attacks left the door open.

Never said you were, and having seen how Saj writes, I didn't think for one second that you were the same person.

But he lost the one that really happened? No point thinking about the other 99 but thats just my opinion.

I have this video bookmarked, I love the music, I challenge you all not to start dancing to the music.

Anyway thats what a 2.34 billion to 1 shot looks like.

What's that got to do with your calculations of Khan being hit with left-hooks (or any other shot, for that matter)? Glass chin or not, Khan is no Mayweather where one would have to be very fortunate to lay a glove on him. His defence is atrocious.

    Fair enough. If you call...
    • rushing your opponent too soon
    • coming in and out in straight lines
    • being way too predictable with your attacks
    • throwing an uppercut from way outside
    • and repeatedly leaving your chin exposed
...being unlucky, then yeah, you have a point.

Not just the pro ranks. In his amateur fight with Craig Watson, it was a short left hook that put him in all sorts of trouble.
