Hatton has balls a big as churchbells to come into Mayweather's hometown, with Floyd's judges and referee. I think the referee caused Hatton to lose that fight. I wish him the best of luck.

Floyd would beat Hatton 10 times out of 10 if they were to fight 10 times. People who think the ref caused Ricky to lose need to wake up and smell the coffee.

Unless Witter is on the list of 7 fighters, I couldn't give a toss about who he fights.

Lazcano, Malignaggi and then Diaz or Pac. We will never see Hatton vs Witter.

 

A battle of Britain match up between Hatton and Witter is at the top of every bodies wish list but in all honesty I can not see the big problem with Hatton fighting Maligfaggi or Torres. The big problem I have is when names such as Lascano and Njdou, even Kedall Holt could offer an entertaining fight.

I would however love to see Hatton vs Pac or Diaz, these have potential to be great and would go along way to making Hatton the fighter he believes he is. Cotto is open to soft option opponents so maybe if Hatton has the bottle we could see a mega money fight there still.

I think the defeat against Mayweather put him into second place currently, up to that I had him just in front of Calzaghe, or perhaps on a par with Joe's victory over Kessler.

If Ricky had beaten Mayweather, he would have been the best British boxer of all time, without question.

I still think Ricky and Joe are far in front of any other British fighters, though the winner of Saturday's showdown will close the gap considerably.

In terms of his fights with HBO, I would like to see the Lazcano fight pulled - a guy who hasn't fought for a year, and to my mind has lost to both Viv Harris and JL Castillo wouldn't be the greatest opponent for Ricky, he should fight Ricardo Torres, if not for the belt but at least a decent, active name.

After that, it appears Pacman is on the agenda, and as for Witter, I have no idea. It is not inconceivable that Witter may lose within the next couple of fights, many people on here think he is unbeatable, but if Colin Lynes had put more into their fight, we may have seen a different outcome in that one IMO.

Or at least a potential threat that "us" in the know :yep think will offer a good fight. Lascano is really soft match making. I would love to see Pac vs Hatton.
