    Apparently Interbox has a struck a deal with Team Chebah and the fight will take place November 3rd.

    I think is a great match up and could be a FOTY candidate.

    Good news, I really like Côté and Chebah is rarely in a boring fight. They match up pretty well and yeah, potential FOTY!

    Yeah but he started his amateur career at like 20 years old..

    It seems that Interboxe is really only promoting Bute. Cote should have been fighting a little more...

    That's a terrific little fight involving two guys most of the "American TV only" posters will have never even heard of, let alone seen. :lol:

    Cote by UD made wider by some knockdowns, or late stoppage. Fun while it lasts.

    They actually had many good fighters, like Renan St-Juste, Benoit Gaudet, J-F Bergeron, Sébastien Gauthier, Adrian Diaconu.. But the only boxer to "really" have Ibox' support is Bute, so the others can only fight when he does.. So they indeed should have been fighting more, but Côté's case is different. He was supposed to make the main event of a Shobox last february but suffered from overtraining (is that a word? my english isn't too good..) and just came back in May (you know, the same night Bute almost got killed? lol). I think from now on, especially since Ibox almost lost their cashcow, Ibox will take care of Côté and make him fight more often, may it be in Québec or elsewhere.

    Nice fight. Looking forward to this card. Hopefully Bute bounces back and Cote can elevate himself to contender level at 140 starting next year.

    If there wind up being decent odds on a "Cote and Grachev by KO" parlay, I'm thinking a small real money punt might be in order. :think

    cant wait for this fight, chebah is about as tough as they come and cote hits like a mack truck. put two and two together and you got FOY, i honestly dont know who's gonna win this fight. cote has never really been pushed and chebah is the perfect guy to do so, im just gonna go with cote by competitive UD.
