Ward at present v Jones who beat Toney......who takes it??? I say jones close ud. I think if you take out Joe C these are the 2 best at 168 you could make in a head to head match up. Ward has yet to reach his best but he already showed a lot of skill and style, I just think Roy would of been too busy for him.

SOG. Too slick, Roy loses in a wide UD.

Jones by UD .His footwork and and power would have been to much for SOG !

Jones by UD...Jones is to athletic for Ward IMO...Jones' speed and unorthodox stance would be too much for Ward...I dont Ward would have answer for Jones speed.

Jones was a freak of Nature at 168.

I fully agree. I think 90's jones is too much for any 168 fighter to handle

Yeah if its not his power its his feet ..Jones was also very dangerous at setting traps ..I got much love for SOG but he would be out gunned here .

Jones UD, possible mid rounds TKO if he lands clean combinations on SOG. Speed is key, as SOG demonstrated against Cobra- I think we would see a similar contest to this btwn SOG and RJJ

Jones blows him away. Ward has never seen hand speed and power like prime 168 Roy. Easy work.

1990 Roy Jones Jr. was one of the most impressive fighters in the history of boxing. His reflexes and handspeed were amazing. Joe Cal doesn't belong in the same arena or conversation as him.

Ward is good at making adjustments, but I can't see him consistently landing enough to do any damage. This is a wide UD or possible late corner/ref stoppage for Jones.
