Did u even read his post? Just because every host nation fixes some of the fights so that the hometown boy goes through, it doesn't make it right. If more people criticized the decision maybe we'd see less corruption. Yeah, u support corruption when it favors ur fighter or ur country, but you'll be the same idiot bashing brazil when English fighters will be on the wrong end of a corrupt decision in 2016.
Im british myself and even though it feels wrong that we are getting the decisions go our way, I just feel like saying to the rest of the world, f*** off its our turn for once. it just seems to be that whatever scoring system they try it always goes wrong.
" Khytrov : "I'm not disappointed. Life will go on. I'm not angry. It was a good fight, good luck to Ogogo." Khytrov is not mad. Why are you ?
Close fights, not robberies. Both fights came down to the wire. LMAO at maybe one clear round out of only 3 for the losing fighter indicating a robbery.
I agree, ogogo to me oost by about 5 points, the end of round 2 and the last round he was getting battered .
I dont care if everyone hates me! I'm being honest. We are getting gifted decisions and you know it. **** off big nose
It's not like pro where there's another opportunity in a few months. These guys worked for 4 years only to be robbed by Brits.
Why the **** should we apologise? It's **** yes but the scoring system is incredibly flawed. And unfortunately at more or less every major amateur boxing tournament you see home fighters getting dodgy decisions.
The refs and judges are completely isolated 24/7. They face being banned for life if they so much as cross paths with someone from a national team. The odd results are just down to poor scoring and a new untested scoring system which has unintended consequences from the way scores are aggregated. Also, there simply aren't the incentives for favouring a GB boxer that there could be for helping out a competitor from another nation.
