Should Anthony Joshua do the honourable thing and step aside and give Savon his win?

I voted not sure. It was a close fight under amatuer rules that Joshua edged out. Now you gotta remember that Am and Pro rules are far different. Maybe under pro rules he woulda lost

Well it's not the 1st time there have been dodgy decisions in amateur boxing let's face it. Roy Jones got shafted in Seoul as did Mayweather as was Peter Konyegwachie against Meldrick Taylor in the 84 Olympics.

 

How? AIBA wont overturn the result only because Joshua wants to.
(Personally i thought Savon deserved the win)

 

It was a close fight under Am scoring, where the part of the glove that lands has to be the knuckle unlike professional scoring. I was impressed with both fighters however with Savon going into the final round with a 2 point disadvantage it was always going to be hard to get a win. Wouldnt surprise me if you were one of these butt hurt Americans bitter over the fact that US Olympians are dropping out like flies
