His time would have taught him discipline. He now needs to get his act together, settle down with Ms Jackson and give his kids a good upbringing - which means he will most likely buy some cheap pasta and meat (in order to save money for his childrens future) order a big bottle of Diet Pepsi (to watch his weight for his fights) chill out and watch some of the movies hes missed whilst hes been in prison. Maybe something like Battleship? Then after that he will tuck his kids into bed and kiss Ms Jackson on the forehead goodnight, texting Pacquiao saying hes sorry for all the things that hes called him and done, before an early sleep due to getting up in the morning for a run - to the grocery store for some more pasta and meat.
