How Will Wlad Approach Wach (who is taller with a longer reach)? My take.

    Here's my take:

If you haven't already, go and watch Wlad-Thompson II.

Wlad made a lot of changes in this fight. YES, I know Thompson is a southpaw, and that is why we saw some of the changes we did. Of course, that's a given.

But, the arms a little lower, the crouching a bit instead of standing tall, going in more aggressive (really reminded me of Vitali's style a bit).

These are all things that I believe Wladimir is working on for the bigger opponents (Fury, Price, Wach, etc...)

It's also the same way I think Wlad would have fought Valuev, had that fight ever been made. More mobile (not just relying on the jab), and more aggressive.

Now, if Wladimir fights someone smaller next, such as Povetkin..I think we'd see more of the way he usually fights. Two different styles for two different kinds of opponents. For lack of a better term, I'll call it the "under 6'5 and over 6'5" styles.

sounds good..but im sure wlad knows.as we all do..if wach cant land he isnt winning the fight..he is to slow to outpoint wladimir..so he will have to rely on his power..

Who cares? Wlad could be aggressive, defensive, left hand dominant, right hand dominant or have one arm tied behind his back and he'd still blow away this bum. Wach is a genuinely awful fighter who offers nothing other than a big chin which Wlad will use as target practice. His most noteworthy win is over Tye Fields, for ****s sake. He has no ability and has never beaten a good fighter.

Anything beyond "Wlad KO whenever he wants" is overanalyzing this fight.

Maybe Wach turns out to be not that good.
But so far he's looked much better than you're letting on.

Exactly it takes more than just being tall to beat the Klitschko's and people need to get this into their skulls.

Wach is a tomato can. I think he will be fighting WLad next since Wlad decided not to fight Arreola. It all depends on Wach's chin. If he can take a punch he can win this fight. I know he's slow but all he has to do is land one good shot and Wlad will go down. Wlad can't take a damn punch. Wach hits harder than Thompson so that is good.

It is impossible for Wlad to be less aggressive than he's shown in the past, and getting inside of Wach's reach is the safer play here. Maybe, just maybe, this is the fight where Wlad comes forward and KTFO a guy, but I doubt it.

    :deal

Arreola could have signed LONG AGO to fight Wladimir, but Arreola
decided to take the easier route. I guess he didn't want to cry in the ring again . . .

Wach is a dreadful opponent. Not only has he never beaten anyone good but he's looked awful against terrible opposition.

Its an absolute joke of a fight, Jean-Marc Mismatch, TT2 & now Wach

Disagree, Wlads jab always looked good against the taller opponents he faced earlier in his career - It was the combination of height/southpaw that gave him troubles with Thompson.

I see Wlads lighting quick jab easily shooting through slow as molasses wach

    I know

Unbelievable how all the other challengers have been trashed by baby Bitchko or either refuse to fight this glassjawed, stiff coward. It's just

Wach is a decent enough challenge and the fight will be huge in Poland so he'll being a lot of fans to the stadium. Wlad is too good for him of course.
