Strange question.The most complete boxer of the modern era at a weight where he had one poor(ish) performance long after his prime against the best at the weight for a good few years and a definite future P4P contender? I don't know.The odds are stacked firmly against Ward but I think he might sneak it.

This was a MEGA $$$$ seniors tour with MEGA $$$$$ to be made in re-matching Hearns & an old fat Duran. When Ray was boo'd out of vegas in 89 by all the celebs after the Duran snoozefest debacle he had to go to New York & had the neck to dismiss Terry Norris as a non-entity & got soundly thrashed. This is a bizzness & there was non more astute that SRL who always had his eye on the main chance & picked the right stratergy with an aging Haglers complience that got him back to the front pages & the big rematches.
