Will the Heavyweight Division suddenly "improve" a few years after they are gone?

Will it go from "The WORST era EVER" to "a decent era with some good talents"?

The more prospects Wlad knocks the longer they will have to wait before claiming the division has "improved".

Depends. If the likes of Huck, Medzhidov, Dychko, Yoan Pablo Hernandez, Chakhkiev and Povetkin dominate the belts they'll continue to call it ****.

I'll miss them. They've been a credit to themselves and for the most part, the sport.
The division will probably improve purely from a spectator/neutral point of view, but I wouldn't bet on an improvement in quality.
The best thing would be if the spastic minority in their fanbase would retire with them. But they'll still be on here, spouting their bull**** about how the greatest HW of the last 25 years never gave their hero a rematch and blah blah blah.
Shame. The brothers would probably be embarrassed by their drivelous nonsense.

Kind of like how everyone hoped the deluded brittards would go away when Haye got embarrassed?

    Shame that didn't quite happen.

Always as ****, until an American wins a few belts. Or in this case for this site until a Brit wins a title.

Yes because most the matches will be closer overall and wouldn't be quite as easy to choose a clear cut winner prior to bouts.

What's wrong Slyk? That looks like an admission of guilt to me.
    Did I touch a nerve?
That sort of reply suggests you're admitting being part of the spastic minority I referred to.

Just as soon as blacks are dominating the division it will return to elite status.

Say what you like, there is nothing more annoying on this forum than the Hayeseed fanbase.

Who knows? The division could continue to be weak, just not as top heavy, and therefore considered "competitive." New talent might arrive and make it a good era. One or two fighters do not make or break a division.

One thing is for certain, with Wlad out of the picture at least the fights will be watchable and back on television.

Depends. If it's still dominated by eastern europeans it'll be ****. If americans are on top however, it'll be one of the best eras ever and the american champs would destroy the "Klitschko bums" :deal
