Garcia beats Khan 10 times out of 10, too good, too schooled, too much power, too much ring iq for Amir. If You break down every aspect of their games the only thing Khan has over Garcia is speed which means nothing when Garcia has timing that's good enough to nullify that speed by as early as round 3.
