Never been to one but just watching the fights on TV was an experience, once his ringwalk music kicked in (forget the name of it) the crowd went mental.

Oh by the way, phantasma, take that **** somewhere else would you?

INSANE, literally I went to one I think I was 16, crazy night, it was in Atlantic city and I'm serious the atmosphere was just too intense. It was some guy, his rebound fight after Floyd, ad he ko'd the guy late! SUPER SICK!

I've heard hatton fights before he lost were a bigger atmosphere, his fans would follow him around the globe.

Hatton got mad support for the Mayweather fight, people who didn't even have tickets went to Vegas. If you YouTube the weigh in it shows you the level of support....

edit: yes, you're right about people following him around the globe...he was just likeable...

Gatti-Mayweather was nuts. Unbelievable atmosphere in AC, even though almost everyone knew Gatti was about to get whupped.

When "Thunderstruck" came on when Arturo came out, after Floyd, Boardwalk Hall went ****in bonkers.

It's great to have a fanbase, but a brittard fanbase isn't worth as much.

Yeah, my cousin is an architect on the Jersey Shore, and I was living in Brooklyn at the time (06? 07?) and he just hit me up out of the blue and told me about this badass Jersey guy fighting some up and comer who won a silver medal.

"**** it," I thought. It's only like a two-hour train ride from NYC to the Shore, then like an hour from there to AC.

Might have been the best decision I've ever made...

Was it nuts there when Gatti came out? Hatton gets the football lads support, chanting, but I would imagine Gatti fans just raised the roof.
