But you agree that if Floyd doesn't fight again this year then that means he wasn't ready to right?

It's more of a fair fight. Cotto is fighting at his weight and he actually has a trainer in his corner.

Were boxing fans this fickle in the 70's when Ali,Duran etc.. fought the same guys 3-4 times? Pac fans don't even want him to avenge his stolen belt but fight Juan 4-5 times???

154 Cotto beats Pacquiao at this point, two years ago Pacquiao wins.

A Pac win over rejuvinated Cotto at 154 would be a very good win.

Imo that would make his best win above 135 Cotto I, and Cotto II, with the second being greater, depending on how the fight went.

Before Mayweather - Cotto I said I would love to see either of them fight him at 154 and I maintain that now.

well it does look pretty bad that everytime Floyd fights somebody, he tries to run right behind him and fight them again in the same condition or worse. But Cotto was originally beat by Pac even if he gained his confidence back since then.

This. Cotto looked better against Floyd than he did down at 145 against Pac. Unlike the first fight, Pac would get full credit for beating Cotto at 154 from all but the most die hard *****s.

IMO, as a Cotto fan, I think Cotto takes Pac at 150 or above.
