... after a long hiatus. It feels good to know that I can now fully commit to my training. But, its been a long time and I have since gained some very unnecessary weight. I plan to start this April but want to start conditioning now so I wont be sidelined by soreness or injury. Does anyone have a good roadwork plan and a conditioning program? Im going to start jump roping soon and just get out a run for a little just to break in the legs and muscles. I even picked up a Ipod nano just so I could track my running Any suggestions would be great.
i would skip for 10 minuets run for 15 - 20 at your own pace and like 3 rounds of showdow boxing everyday you can do it all at your own pace then hopefully when you go back to train with a bit of fitness
