good stuff in that last rd. let's be honest the savon fight leaves a slightly bad taste. but **** happens. :yep
Bloody good performance and thoroughly deserved win. He has a decent chance against cammarelle. He is a real strong boy.
Not a robbery at all, but if you look at how the 1st round was scored, u gotta say it Kazak got a robbed of a couple of points. Joshua looked so strong, he'll be a good Pro, had he applied more preasure he could of had a ko
http://www.london2012.com/boxing/ As stands we're top of the olympic medal table, may aswell enjoy while it lasts. :happy:happy
Apparently it's already been decided after his first fight. British maybe European tops is the best he can hope for.atsch Knee jerk judgements either way make my arse laugh, it's impossible to tell what level he'll get to. He looks to have lots in his favour though and will be interesting to watch develop should he turn pro.
I suppose it's best summed up as Joshua was overrated before the tournament and underrated after the Savon fight.
Joshua can make a good pro. His biggest weakness is slow footwork which isnt as important in pros as it is in amateurs.
Once the K brothers retire, Joshua will be on the road to the top. He'd beat Fury, maybe Price, if he wins the Gold, he will be hyped enough to get some serious earning power, and money talks. He will be a big name and get more than a fair share of shots at the title/Titles
