Well I'd put Floyd there but we don't know if he's ever gonna fight at 147 again. As for Pac before the Bradley fight he lost to JMM at WW so we cannot rank him there either. And although I though Pac beat Timmy in a close but clear decision the first time around, it was obvious that by the end of the fight Tim was winning rounds and figured out how to box Pac. In a rematch with 2 good ankles Timmy would employ that strategy from the get go and have a real good chance of winning legitimately. WW is a hard one to pick ATM, it's ntot like we can rank berto there and Pac deserved to lose to JMM and had a very close fight with Timmy that Tim got the nod in. So if we wanna go by who deserved to win then Pac lost to JMM and beat Timmy but if we go by whats official Pac lost his last fight, either way he's 1 and 1 in his last 2, not enough to rank #1 at the weight.

No, that's #1, the #1 champion is the best person holding a world title, and these aren't always the same guy.

    very good list!!!

pacquiao's power is always gonne be to much for timmy, tim would never win vs pac. overrated.

1 champion in the world, #1 in the world in the world is the same for me. you don't need 0 belt to call champ. for me, when you call someone champion, in a serious way, than you speak of someone of is the #1 in the world at his weight, call it old school, but that's it for me, with countless belts, you can't take organization outside of the ring belt to seriously.

lets say canelo has 2 belts at 154 and floyd has 0, yet he beat cotto, who is now the overall champ at 154, surely not canelo!!

I think you've got it dead-on. Hard to disagree with any pick here.
