Vada offered their services...Pac turned them down.

Tim isn't in any position to impose demands of Manny.

:patsch Who cares if they offered their service. If either party isn't asking for EXTRA tests, then they aren't going to do it. I knew you were talking outta your ass.

In the end PAC will be higher than PBF in the HALL OF FAME books for his accomplishments, plus there will always be a CLOUD over PBF's head as his fans. The truth HURTS. PPV king ain't worth ****...

Doesn't matter anymore, him refusing the tests, along with the Floyd fight never happening casts a huge shadow on their careers. Both ar little babies. Like 40 million dollars isn't enough, and I don't care what percentage it is. What happened to wanting to fight the best? Their are boxers that would kill to hold a title and fight their divisions top guys to prove themselves. **** Pacquiao and **** Mayweather...

When you come from where Pacs come from

And you turn down $40 000 000 for a drug test

Its because you dont want to be caught cheating

When the fighter bringing in the most revenue wants both to take drug tests and the other fighter says no that's a reason it didn't happen. Also Floyd deserved more money, he brings in the most, and he has more to lose.

    :tired

" I understand Pacquiao not liking having his blood taken because, frankly, I don't know anyone who really does. But in a fight of this magnitude, I think it is our responsibility to subject ourselves to sportsmanship at the highest level. I have already agreed to the testing and it is a shame that he is not willing to do the same. It leaves me with great doubt as to the level of fairness I would be facing in the ring that night. ”
    -- Floyd Mayweather

Any real boxing fan would and should agree with this statement.

Health is more important than stepping in the ring with someone who refuses drug testing.

I dont know where you went to school, but they defiantly didnt teach you anything about common sense.
